2018 marks the centenary of Votes for Women and the fete theme will feature Edwardian style hats and clothing and the suffragettes’ colour scheme of purple for loyalty and dignity, white for purity and green for hope.  There is an exhibition Women of Wickham (WOW) celebrating a few of the women who made a difference in Wickham!
